Had a great stay and really enjoyed all the amenities. The pickleball setup was a fun bonus, the telescope was a unique touch, and the vinyl collection helped set the perfect vibe. The hot tub was easy to operate and ready to go when we wanted to use it. Everything was well thought out and made for a very comfortable, memorable stay. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely will be bring family to this Airbnb. The location was quiet and the sun setting was beautiful. The wind made it a perfect day for a jacuzzi day. If you’re looking for a place to reset and relax at this place is worth the price. It doesn’t have a kitchen but that really helped me get up and out and try new restaurants.

Check in was a breeze as instructions were very thorough. Nice cottage out of town. Even with 2 other cottages there, it feels very private. Loved the little book of recommendations that was in the cottage. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. The only thing we wished we had was a little kitchenette. There is a small fridge but no microwave to warm up any food. But overall, Kimberly was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely amazing hosts! Booked this for our honeymoon right after our wedding. Perfect intimate place! Both hosts helped with anything needed and offer great places to visit! We can’t recommend this place enough, definitely coming back!

We loved our stay here! The cottages were very thoughtfully decorated, and we loved having a private hot tub and fire pit. I wish we would’ve had time to enjoy the pickleball court, but we would absolutely love to stay here the next time we’re in Fredericksburg!

Pristine cottage with a beautiful view right next to all the best wineries. Very thoughtfully decorated and the bed and linens were incredibly comfortable. Kimberley was a great host - would stay again.

This was a great place to stay. Quiet and peaceful, but a short drive to town made it convenient. It was exactly as advertised. The cleanliness really stood out and shows the efforts the host puts into maintaining this place. Would definitely stay here again.

We went for our 10 year anniversary and it was a perfect get away. We were able to use all the amenities provided and it was only 20 minutes from town that it didn’t feel too far. The bed was so cozy, and the records were a nice touch. Perfect for a relaxing and quiet few days.
